Producer

Description :

As a Producer at Hatchery Games, you will collaborate with team members from all disciplines to ensure effective communication between teams and help make the game creation process easier. You will be responsible of establishing the production schedule as well as maintaining communications with our different partners. You will supervise budget and resource allocation in collaboration with the direction team and will be closely involved in attaining the benchmark of quality that will make our project a memorable experience!

Responsabilities :

• Analyse the project’s needs, define and establish priorities.

• Work closely with the direction team on managing the project’s production budget and schedules.

• Establish the planning of the workforce required based on the expertise and production needs (staffing plan, external partners, etc.).

• Analyse risks and offer contingency plans regarding money management, delays in production, staffing, in collaboration with the production team.

• Producing monthly financial reports.

• Oversee the progress of our different milestones and objectives in collaboration with the team as well as our partners.

• Maintain communications with our external partners and creating delivery documents.

Qualifications requises :

• Excellent understanding of schedules, interdependencies and production steps of a video game.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience in budget management on a high budget production.

• Proactive and rigorous.

• Independant and motivated.

• Mandatory Bilingual (french/english)

Qualifications souhaitées:

• In-depth understanding of the MS Office suite.

• In-depth understanding of JIRA and Confluence.
